Cycle to work

Living in Cambridge makes this easier, but cycling to work is the best thing you can do for your cardio. If, like me, you simply lack the willpower at the end of a work day to drag yourself to the gym and suffer for 20-50 minutes, then cycling to work is the best thing you can do:
- You need to get to work anyway
- You get 2 sessions of cardio every day (to and from the office)
- It doesn't feel like working out
I find this is much easier than getting 10,000 steps in per day. My commute is 25 minutes there and back. So I'm doing 250 minutes of cardio a week! And it doesn't even feel like working out.
I'll see if I feel the same in the winter...
